Find the complete legal name in the contract and match it to the government register. Check the branch, education level and programme you will enter as well as the institution. Save the page or extract with the verification date. If the university cites a foreign partner, request the document authorising that specific programme.
Request a sample diploma supplement and the full name of the organisation that awards the qualification. For a partner programme, ask whether one document or several are issued, who keeps the academic record and where appeals are handled. If postgraduate study or overseas work is planned, show the wording to the receiving institution or employer in advance.
Ask separately about the language used for lectures, seminars, assignments, examinations and placements. An English programme title does not mean that every class is taught in English. Request a sample timetable and study material, then identify accepted certificates and any internal test. For a preparation course, confirm the condition for progression to the degree programme.
Put tuition, registration, examinations, reassessments, laboratory materials, software, uniform, housing, transport and graduation documents in one table. Mark what is refundable after withdrawal and how academic leave changes the contract. For an overseas-linked programme, check the payment currency and travel costs separately.
Request the organisation list for the last completed academic cycle, the number of available places and the student selection method. Separate a guaranteed curriculum component, a competitive internship and placements students must find themselves. Confirm duration, workload, language, insurance and reporting. For an overseas placement, ask about visas, housing and which party bears each cost.
